SHIPPING

All Peach Rose orders are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

 

CANADA

Shipping is free across Canada and takes 2-10 business days.

USA

Shipping is free across the USA and takes 5-10 business days.

 

International 

We ship all other international orders for a flat standard rate of $30 and it takes 6-15 business days, depending on your country.

Duties, Taxes/Import Fees

For orders that are placed outside of Canada, shipments are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Peach Rose is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your dress. We also realize that shopping online can be tricky. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or need a different size, please email info@peachroseclothing.com to confirm the return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Original tags must be attached. 

    We can offer an exchange, or full refund to the original payment method. Peach Rose reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any items that do not meet the above criteria. Peach Rose is also not responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Returns must be initiated within 7 days upon original order delivery. Your return package must be dropped off at your nearest post office within 14 days of confirming your return. 

    Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item and restored to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional processing time to post
